For her most recent appearance in Handel's Messiah, Lillian was praised for "brilliant, light and lyrical singing [that] proved ideal for Handel, and was most rewarding in the aria “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!” and the beautiful duet, “He shall feed His flock.” (Jim Lowe, Times Argus).
